Wilton speed air powered vise. You can adjust using the threaded section behind the moving jaw and then use air to clamp and un-clamp the vise.

Tested to be in used working condition. Some pitting on the adjusting screw but does not seem to affect operation(see pics). Be sure to view our other items for more great tooling finds.
