The item up for sale is not tested for functionality as we do not have the capability to test; Unit has been inspected and the results are as follows. The item is in C Used, Good cosmetic condition. For cosmetic condition, please refer to the Product Grading System - Below. All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.

There is a wire or plug missing from the back of the device. The adhesive is falling off as seen in photo 11. The top piece of plexiglass is missing the screws and is loose. I was able to power on the Controller Box with the included Power Cord.

I was able to connect the controller box to the device. With the included power cord I was able to power on the Drilling machine.

I was not able to control the drill up or down. I was able to control the speed of the device with the speed control as seen in the video. The emergency power shut-off works as intended. I was unable to connect the device to a pc.
